On Thursday 25th of August 2005, Lebanon witnessed the launch of the new web site of the first Lebanese Internet radio station. Vibe Lebanon has set a new level in premiere quality with its new web site and radio concept. The event took place at The Gallery, in Monot.
Sponsored by FLYING STAR (the exclusive agent of Star Airlines and LTU in Lebanon), Skyy Vodka and Base, the event started at 10 PM with Ramsay kickin' off the night with his funky eclectic set. I.Sparks was next taking it a notch to some slammin' big beat tunes. Followed Lethal skillz and MC Omarz who came in with underground hip hop, trip hop and a slice of drum n bass towards the end of the set.
Towards the end of the event, the winner of the round trip ticket to Paris, offered by FLYING STAR, was announced--The draw was performed electronically in front of the whole crowd.
Ceasar K's electro/breaks set followed to wrap up the night.
